Testing of the new lawn mower walking system
Vigorun Remote Control Lawn Mower continues its commitment to improving product quality by using components sourced from top Chinese quality standards.
Recently, the walking system of the lawn mower has undergone an upgrade, with improvements made to the brushless DC motor, worm gear, worm reducer, and brushless motor controller.
In a dedicated field experiment conducted today, we tested the mower on a large slope.
The lower section ranged from approximately 0 to 30 degrees, the middle section from 30 to 45 degrees, and the upper section from 45 to 60 degrees.
The test took place on October 14, 2023, during the autumn season, with temperatures ranging from 19 to 23 degrees Celsius.
The test duration was about 40 minutes, during which the mower completed 20 continuous uphill and downhill cycles.
The objective of the test was to observe the temperature changes of the brushless DC motor and the worm gear reducer during continuous operation under demanding uphill conditions.
The results were exceptionally satisfactory, as the temperature rise in both the brushless DC motor and the worm gear reducer was significantly slower than expected.
This successful test confirms that the new walking system ensures the lawn mower’s ability to operate continuously.
